  • What are the steps involved in eApplying for Jobs?
  • The complete step by step guide to successfully apply for jobs using the ePortal are given in the How to Apply page.

  • How to Print the eApplication Form?
  • The eApplication Form is a PDF Document which is automatically generated by the server. To open / view / print the eApplication Form, you need to have any Free PDF Reader Software installed on your computer. Popular Free PDF Reader Software include Foxit PDF Reader etc. The complete step by step guide to successfully apply for jobs using the ePortal are given in the How to Apply page.

  • I forgot my User ID / Password to Login?
  • If you forgot the password to login to our ePortal Site, you can use the Forgot Password link. In case you forgot the User ID itself, please check your emails, when you registered, we sent a welcome email to you containing your user id.

  • I am unable to follow step by step instructions for applying?
  • If you feel that the instructions are not matching the results on your screen, first try to clear the browser cache memory and re-load / re-fresh the page that you are seeing. Many a times, there are problems associated with the browser showing you cached copies of pages instead of downloading the same from the server again.

  • Where is the Link to Apply for Jobs Online?
  • After you add / update your resume on our site, visit the Job Openings Link and choose the detailed job description page, you will see the link "Click Here to Apply for this Job Posting Now" option. Please note that this option will be shown only to Registered Login Users. So first login to our site with your user id and password then follow the steps above to apply online. The complete step by step guide to successfully apply for jobs using the ePortal are given in the How to Apply page.

  • How to take a hard copy print of the eApplication Form?
  • Hard Copy of the eApplication Form can be downloaded from the server only after successfully completing the application process. After you submit the details in the Application Page, the server will automatically generate the eApplication Form along with a unique Application Serial No., You need to print this eApplication Form, Paste your Photo and Tick Mark all the documents that you shall attach with the eApplication to be sent to us.

  • I am unable to correct mistakes in my Resume! What to do?
  • After updating the resume and applying for any present job openings, the server will not allow you to edit your resume for a period of 30 days. If you wish to get any of mistake corrected after you have applied, write to us by email to personnel@tnmbonline.com. Please note that any manual correction in the eApplication Form will render your eApplication void. All such manually corrected eApplications will not be considered for further processing.

  • Where do I send the complete eApplication Form with attachments?
  • The address where you are supposed to send the eApplication Form is given in the Detailed Job Description Page. Please follow the pre-submission instructions / guidelines before you send the complete set of documents to us.

  • I added my complete resume but did not get the App. Serial No. yet?
  • Please note that adding / updating your resume is different from applying for jobs. The application serial no. will be only generated when you apply for jobs. The complete step by step guide to successfully apply for jobs using the ePortal are given in the How to Apply page.

  • What are the present Job Openings at TMB?
  • The complete summary of all the present openings at TMB is available in this link. Click the More Info Link in the List of Present Job Openings page for details about any specific job opening.

  • Why the server says I am not qualified for any job?
  • The server is programmed to scan your resume for many parameters that were earlier done manually to select all eligible candidates for applying and further processing. Typically, we scan your present age [with respect to cut-off date for applying], academic qualification, type of course, major subject taken, marks secured, whether studied regular / distance education stream, etc....

  • I qualify for the job but server refuses to accept eApplication! What to do?
  • If after you update your resume on our site, on the Apply for Job Posting Now page if the server says that you are not qualified for the job, but you think that you are suitable for that job, please write to us at personnel@tnmbonline.com with complete details so that we can try to help.

  • Is there any age relaxation for BC / ST / SC Candidates?
  • If there is any age relaxation for any of the above category of candidates, the same will be shown prominently to all users. If it is not mentioned, you may understand that there is no relaxation of age for this category in that particular opening.

  • I am a Fresher! Can I apply for any job openings?
  • The server cannot verify your experience towards any job, so you can apply for all such jobs. But during manual screening, all such applications may get rejected due to want of experience factor if it is an essential necessity.

  • Can I send my resume by email for your consideration?
  • Sorry, we will not entertain any applications by email alone unless we request you to submit the same appropriately. Thus, please write to us at personnel@tnmbonline.com if required but do not attach your resume unless required and called for.

  • Should I send the documents in Original / Photo Copy?
  • Do not send any original documents along with your eApplication. Take a photo copy of all originals and self-attest the photocopy before sending the same to us. Please do bring the originals wherever we call you for any interviews / examinations.

  • I do not have all the documents required to submit? What to do?
  • Your eApplication Form must be attached with the Age Proof Certificate, Degree Mark sheets, Degree Certificate, Work Experience Certificate which are very essential to select your resume for further processing. However, Reference Letters may be produced later in original if the same is not presently available. Please note that applications which do not have the essential supporting documents will not be considered.

  • I am yet to receive last semester mark sheet! What to do?
  • In case you have not received the last semester mark sheet from your college / university, a computer generated mark sheet print out attested by the college / university can be temporarily attached. However, final selection of candidate will be based on the verification of all the documents in original only.

  • My Academic Degree is not listed on the site! What to do?
  • If you have completed any course that is missing from our extensive list of academic qualifications, write to us and will be judge the merits of the same and add it to the list for you to choose while updating your resume.
